Getting started
There's no setup step before you can use Rolyx. Open the app, and you have a complete, working install.
Open the app
Go to app.rolyx.app. Nothing to install, no account to create. The app runs entirely in your browser and stores everything on your device.
The four things worth doing first
Rolyx ships with a short in-app walkthrough, but if you'd rather skim it here:
- Name your roles. The five you start with are a placeholder. Settings → Roles lets you rename and reorder them into the shape of your actual life.
- Fill today, once. Take on one large task, three mediums and five smalls. Getting the sizing wrong the first time is normal. That's how you learn what a "medium" means for you.
- Add one habit. Just one. Give it a target and a floor, and let it run for three weeks before adding a second. See the staging rule.
- Book the weekly review. Settings → Weekly Review. Everything above degrades into an ordinary to-do list without it.
Projects, notebooks, Someday, and the monthly/quarterly reviews can wait until you miss them.
No account required
Rolyx is free and fully functional with no sign-up. If you want the same data on more than one device, sign in with a magic link. See data & privacy for what that does.
